Providing Lake Oswego Residents with a place to play and relax, local parks and recreation facilities are many and varied through the city. With over 50 parks and recreation facilities found within city limits, there is something fun for everyone!

The city of Lake Oswego maintains 573 acres (2.3 km²) of parks and open spaces. This includes 24 developed parks, an amphitheater, a swim park, a water sports center on the Willamette River, a community center, a public golf course (self-financed), an indoor tennis center, seven outdoor tennis courts, and five picnic shelters. The private Oswego Country Club and neighboring equestrian riding club add to the recreational amenities of the city. Additionally, there are 2 state parks and 100's of neighborhood parks tucked in and around the community.

You might enjoy one of the many green spaces with your family, or take a leisurely historic trolley ride. A music lover might take pleasure in a concert in the park.
