Executive Chef Ellen Hatzi, co-owner of the Olive and the Grape, trained at Thomas Keller's critically acclaimed and Michelin Three Star restaurant, The French Laundry, where she focused on quality ingredients, meticulous preparation, and exquisite presentation. The Olive and the Grape Fine Catering provides services for everything from boxed lunches to multi-course, wine-paired dinners. Every event is customized to your needs and desires and every menu is developed with your tastes in mind.
